Lauren is a mother of 2 young toddlers and author of the children’s picture book, Me and My Sit Spot. She is a Grade 1 teacher and the host of the Mentoring Nature Connections podcast where she interviews educators from across North America on the importance of outdoor play. Lauren is a nature enthusiast to her core and believes that all subject areas can be taught outdoors.
