Passionate about her profession and the diversity that she has created within it, Margaret Wallis-Duffy is a tireless advocate of preventative and integrative health and the power of touch.
As the founder of Wallis for Wellness, an award-winning integrative clinic that has been in operation for 33 years. She is on mission to educate and empower Canadians to stock their health toolboxes so that they can advocate and become the “Become the CEO of their Health.”
With a background in Kinesiology from The University of Waterloo and as an Internationally Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Margaret has completed research workshops at The Touch Research Institute at The University of Miami’s School of Medicine and at the Touch Research Centre in Montreal. She has also completed her certification with special needs babies. As a result of this expertise, Margaret has been called upon to work in programs at Mount Sinai & Sick Children’s Hospitals in Toronto and Ottawa. She is also a guest faculty member of the Perinatal Support Worker Program, Margaret has earned the confidence of the conventional medical community and is one of Canada’s leading experts on Baby Massage and preventative health. Her natural ability to engage an audience makes her a sought-after speaker and educator at Baby Shows, corporations in the media across the country.
Margaret believes in educating and empowering parents with solutions to help improve the health and well-being of their families and therefore created the CEO of your Health educational portal designed to provide access to a wide range of easily digestible digital content to help stock their parenting toolbox.
You may recognize her from television shows such as Cityline, Breakfast TV, Health Matters and in magazines such as Today’s Parent and The NewYorker. She has extensive media training and been a trusted expert and media spokesperson for brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Cottenelle, IcyHot, Boiron Laboratories and Conagra Foods (Healthy Choice) just to name a few.
Her accomplishments are many including being the recipient of:

Margaret was the visionary behind the Inaugural Preventative Health Awareness Month (PHAM), recognized by Health Canada which launched in February 2023.
The success of this campaign continues to grow with over 76 healthcare professionals from both conventional and complementary medicine who are committed to providing education to help everyday people increase their health esteem so they can advocate confidently for their health. This movement has resulted in the launch of a new podcast/TV show called PHAMcast hosted by Margaret and produced by and airing on Cogeco TV.

When Margaret isn’t speaking at a conference or at corporation, or interviewing a guest for her podcast, she loves to stay active and spend time with her adult children Blake and Carley and her husband Rick.
