She will help you safely become or stay active throughout pregnancy while preparing for birth and postpartum. She will help you correct dysfunction, restore your core and regain your strength. Women deserve to be active during pregnancy and get back to all the activities they love, pain & symptom free postpartum.
Sara is the founder of Mountain Mom Strong which is a program filled with education, support and guidance through all stages of motherhood. Through 1:1 sessions, group and online programs MMS aims to build a community where they educate and empower women to take charge of their body and pregnancy & postpartum journey.
