Vaccines And The Diseases They Prevent

During the first part of this talk, DR. PAUL explains what vaccines are, how they work and describes some of their common side effects. He also reviews the recommended immunization schedule and Ontario school immunization laws.

During the second half of the lecture DR. PAUL presents his unique perspective of the importance of immunization by focusing on the potentially dangerous infections that vaccines prevent. To conclude, he clarifies some common myths and discusses why adults need vaccines too.
