Anna Ritchie is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 14 years of experience supporting families through their birth and infant feeding journeys. She is the co-founder of Milk and Mellow, a Toronto-based lactation consulting service where she provides compassionate, evidence-based support to help parents feel confident and empowered in their feeding choices.
