Let’s Talk About It: Rediscovering Intimacy in the Postpartum Years

It’s the topic everyone is searching for online late at night, but no one is talking about it at the playground. Why does intimacy feel so different after having a baby?

Bringing a baby home changes everything – including your relationship and your body. Between fluctuating hormones, sleep deprivation, and the mental load of parenting, it’s completely normal if your sex drive feels MIA.

In this judgment-free session, Carolyn Eagle dives into the biological and psychological shifts that happen after birth. You’ll learn why your body reacts differently to desire right now, how to tackle the physical and mental barriers to intimacy – even when you’re feeling “touched out,” and how to rewrite the rules of connection with your partner.

Key Takeaways: Understanding the hormonal “why” behind low desire; tools for open communication; and how to cultivate intimacy when you’re short on time and energy.
