FAQ

What improvements have been made to The Fall Baby Show this year?
The Fall Baby Show has been thoughtfully refined to create a more comfortable, customer-first experience.

We’ve made several operational changes to ensure a more consistent and manageable flow throughout the event. The Fall Baby Show has expanded to a three-day event (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) to better balance attendance, and we’re introducing timed entry tickets to stagger arrival times and reduce peak congestion. We’ve also refined the floor plan to improve space and circulation, and increased on-site staffing to support movement and assist with entry into the venue.

In addition, high-demand elements like The Baby Show Sample Bags are now distributed on a daily allocation basis to help prevent large surges and long queues at any one time.

What’s happening with The Baby Show Sample Bags?
The 10,000 official Baby Show Sample Bags will be allocated across timed entry windows over the three day event to help manage flow and ensure a more balanced distribution.

Attendees who purchase General Admission tickets online will have the option at checkout to add The Baby Show Sample Bag to their cart at no additional cost. This applies to all General Admission ticket types, including complimentary tickets redeemed online. You can order one bag per General Admission ticket, while supplies last.

If I ordered a Baby Show Sample Bag at checkout, when and where do I pick it up?
To collect your bag, you must present your ticket order at the designated sample area at the show. Bags can be picked up at any time during your timed entry window.

If I wasn’t able to get a Baby Show Sample Bag, can I still pick up free samples at the show?
Yes. Even if you do not receive a Baby Show Sample Bag, some exhibitors are expected to offer samples and giveaways directly at their booths throughout the show, while supplies last.

What’s different on the show floor?
The floor plan has been redesigned to allow more open space throughout the show floor. We’ve removed the Health & Wellness Mat and reallocated storage space to create more breathing room and improve ease of movement, and we’ve added additional seating areas throughout the venue.

To further help reduce congestion and improve guest flow on the show floor, The Baby Show Sample Bags will be distributed from a dedicated pickup area on the show floor to the first registered attendees each day across the three days. The Baby Show Sample Bags will be reserved for attendees who secured a sample bag ticket at the time of purchasing their show ticket.

Guests will be able to collect their sample bag at any time during their allocated entry time slot across all three days of the show.

Is the Health & Wellness Mat gone for good?
By removing the mat, we’ve been able to create wider aisles and more rest zones for families. While the Health & Wellness Mat will not be part of the Fall show, it may return in the Spring, so stay tuned.

How far in advance should I plan to arrive for my timed entry?
We recommend arriving no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled window. Our new entry process is designed to get you inside smoothly once your window opens. Please allow extra time for parking at Exhibition Place so that you can reach the doors comfortably within your arrival time. Entry will open at the start of your scheduled time, and guests will be admitted during that one-hour period to support a smooth and organized arrival process.

What happens if I am late or miss my timeslot?
When you purchase a timed ticket, you will be assigned a one-hour entry window. For example, if your ticket is for 12:00 p.m., you may arrive and enter The Baby Show anytime between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. If you arrive outside of your assigned window, on-site staff will do their best to accommodate you based on capacity and flow at the time of arrival.

Does a timed ticket mean I only have an hour to explore The Baby Show?
No, a timed ticket means you have picked an arrival time. You will have as long as you would like to explore The Baby Show once you are inside!

Can I leave and come back?
Yes. With timed ticketing, attendees will be able to leave and re-enter the show during their designated entry window. Your hand will be stamped upon exit to allow re-entry.

Are my timed tickets valid for every day of the show?
No. To ensure a safe and comfortable capacity, all tickets are now date and time-specific.

Can I buy a ticket onsite?
Guests who arrive without a ticket may be required to wait for the next available entry time so we encourage everyone to book online ahead of their visit.
