Jessica Sennet is a leading Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Expert and Coach with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She holds several advanced certifications, including Fit For Birth Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and INCORE Diastasis Recti Specialist. Over the past decade, Jessica has trained thousands of women, helping them move safely and confidently through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
She is the Founder and CEO of MIGHTY MOM™, now the largest prenatal and postpartum fitness brand in Ontario. With three franchises already launched, Jessica and her growing team offer private coaching, group classes, and online training programs tailored to the unique needs of birthing parents.
Through a focus on breathwork, core and pelvic floor mechanics, and progressive strength training, Jessica empowers women to feel strong and capable at every stage of motherhood. As a mom to two boys, ages 6 and 9, she brings both expertise and lived experience to her work — and is deeply passionate about changing the way we support mothers through movement.
