Jessica Sennet

Prenatal and Postpartum fitness expert and coach

Jessica Sennet is a Prenatal and Postpartum fitness expert and coach with several high level certifications including FIT FOR BIRTH Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, INCORE Diastasis Recti Expert and has trained 100s of women over the last 9 years in the fitness industry .  She is the founder and CEO of MIGHTY MOM™️ , the largest prenatal postpartum fitness company in Toronto, where she and her team of trainers offer private sessions, classes and online training programs for both pregnancy and postpartum women.

Through breath work, proper core mechanics and form progression, Jessica helps women feel strong and confident no matter where they are in their motherhood journey.  As a mom to 2 little boys herself, she understands the pressures and challenges that motherhood can bring and is dedicated to giving her clients all the tools they need to continue doing the exercise they love while pregnant, in postpartum recovery and then beyond.
