Sarah Jessani
Certified Sleep Consultant
Sarah Jessani is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Math and Science Educator of 14+ years, and mom of two.
She works with driven, busy parents who want to restore balance in their homes through flexible, personalized sleep plans that actually work. Having juggled a demanding career, a social life and the needs of a growing family herself, Sarah knows firsthand how hard it is to hold it all together, and how impossible it feels to show up fully for work, relationships or children when you’re running on empty.
No two households are the same, so Sarah builds a unique plan for each family she works with, one that fits their routines, their values and their child’s temperament, not a one-size-fits-all formula. Whether it’s newborn naps or toddler sleep regressions, she meets families exactly where they are and guides them, step by step, toward real rest.

Nurturing the Nurturer: Mama First
Caring for Your Body, Mind, and Spirit Through Bump to Baby and Beyond
Becoming a mother changes everything — your body, your identity, your relationships, your sense of time. Yet so much of the conversation around pregnancy and early parenthood centers on the baby, leaving many moms-to-be and new mothers unsure where their own needs fit in.
This panel brings together a team of health care professionals to shift that focus back to mom. Together, they’ll explore what it truly means to care for yourself — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum months that follow. When mom is cared for, she’s better able to care for her family.
Parenting doesn’t start with the baby’s first breath — it starts with taking care of mama first.
